A big thank you to everyone who came along to the Tarporley Christmas Lights Switch On. You will have noticed that the Chestnut tree has new LED lights this year. The Parish Council will be looking for sponsors and to fundraise through the year to increase the number of lights and make Christmas 2017 bigger and better than ever.
We are expecting a planning application early in the New Year for a number of houses to be built on part of the land that once belonged to the Royal British Legion. We also assume that following the granting of planning permission, 2017 will see the building of houses on the Daffodil Field, off the High Street.
