Chef Kelvin joins Tattenhall firm

A Tattenhall-based fine dining catering company continues to go from strength to strength with the recruitment of a new head chef.
The Fine Dining Company, owned and run by Rupert Frazer Worden and Lisa Hinze, has added Kelvin Parry to its executive kitchen.
Kelvin joins the creative team after working at Michelin-starred Simon Radley at The Chester Grosvenor and gaining Rosettes at Peterstone Court Hotel, in mid Wales.
His appointment follows hot on the heels of the company having recently secured exclusive contracts with The 2014 Bolesworth International and Cheshire’s Tatton Park Wedding Show.
